This buffalo cauliflower is super tasty on it’s own as an appetizer, but it’s also a base for a few well rounded meals, like Buffalo Cauliflower Pizza.
Ingredients
- 0.50 cup (8 fl oz), Water
- 0.50 cup, All Purpose Flour
- 0.66 cup(s), Red Hot buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp, Butter Unsalted
- 1 large medium sized Cauliflower Head
- 1 tbsp, Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp, Garlic powder
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
- Cover a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Chop your cauliflower into bite sized chunks.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, water, olive oil and garlic powder. Whisk until it forms a sort of paste. Toss the cauliflower in the paste and mix until evenly coated, then lay out on the baking sheet so they are evenly spaced.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Melt the 1 tbsp of butter in a bowl, then add the buffalo sauce.
- When the cauliflower is out of the oven, toss in the buffalo sauce and butter mix, then place back onto the baking sheet and evenly space again.
- Pop back into the oven and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
