Have no time to meal prep? You can still have a well rounded meal with a simple vegetarian sandwich. Pair it with my Simple Fruit Salad to make it extra filling and nutritious.

Ingredients

  • 5 slices Plant-Based Deli Slices Hickory Smoked (⅓ rd of a box)
  • 2 slice, Dave’s Killer Rye
  • 1 slice, Aged White Cheddar
  • 1 tbsp Thousand Island Dressing
  1. Toast your bread if you like it crisp, or leave it untoasted if you want a soft sandwich.
  2. Spread the thousand island dressing on the inside of one bread slice, then top with the plant deli slices and the cheese. Top with the 2nd slice of bread and enjoy!
