Simple Fruit Salad

A simple, refreshing and sweet fruit salad that is a perfect low calorie side to any meal or as a snack/dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps Honey
  • ¼ cup Orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon, Ingredient
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1/2 tsp, Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of Mandarin Oranges – No Sugar Added
  • 1 tbsps Lemon juice
  • 10 oz Pineapple
  • 2 Medium Kiwi
  • 6 oz Blueberries
  • 16 oz Strawberry
  1. Peel your kiwi and chop them up.
  2. Wash your berries, cut the strawberries to the size you want.
  3. Cut up your pineapple.
  4. Drain your mandarin oranges.
  5. In a bowl, mix the honey, orange juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract and lemon juice. Add all your fruit and serve chilled.
