Simple Fruit Salad

A simple, refreshing and sweet fruit salad that is a perfect low calorie side to any meal or as a snack/dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsps Honey
- ¼ cup Orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon, Ingredient
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest
- 1/2 tsp, Vanilla extract
- 2 cups of Mandarin Oranges – No Sugar Added
- 1 tbsps Lemon juice
- 10 oz Pineapple
- 2 Medium Kiwi
- 6 oz Blueberries
- 16 oz Strawberry
- Peel your kiwi and chop them up.
- Wash your berries, cut the strawberries to the size you want.
- Cut up your pineapple.
- Drain your mandarin oranges.
- In a bowl, mix the honey, orange juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract and lemon juice. Add all your fruit and serve chilled.
