Garlic Red Pepper & Chik’n Pizza
I'm a garlic lover, so this is one of my favorite easy meals to throw together. It gets an entire head of roasted buttery garlic, mixed with cheeses, chik'n strips and black beans for protein and some fresh bell pepper slices.
Chick’n Pot Pie
Pot Pies are such a comfort food for me, and I love this vegetarian version! If you don't like Chik'n or don't want to spend the money on it, you can substitute the Chik'n strips with 1 can of drained chickpeas.
