Pita Veggie Hummus Sandwich, Cold or Hot
This lazy sandwich is a great picnic or hike meal. It travels well wrapped up in tin foil, and has some great macros to fuel you up. It's also highly customizable: Add your own veggie combo, change the cheese type, or the hummus flavor!
